Heat Pump Go! will close at 4:00pm on Tuesday 22nd December 2026 and reopen on Monday 4th January 2027.

During this period, our office will be closed, and no telephone calls or emails will be monitored or responded to. We appreciate your understanding while our team takes a well-earned festive break.

MCS Certification – Final Evidence Submission Deadline

The final deadline for submitting evidence for MCS Certification before the Christmas break is:

Friday 18th December 2026 at 3:00pm.

Any evidence received after this deadline will be processed from Monday 4th January 2027 onwards.

Important – Approved Submission Methods Only

To maintain the integrity of our audit trail and ensure compliance with MCS and Ofgem scrutiny, all evidence must be submitted exclusively through our approved forms or the approved app submission process.

Please do not send any evidence or supporting data via email, text message or WhatsApp. These channels are not approved methods of evidence submission, and we cannot accept data provided through them.
